How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your HQ account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to admin@lasercloud.com.au with the subject line "HQ Account Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your HQ account.
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account information (name, email, password)
- Shopping lists and stock items you created
- Budget and expense records
- Tasks and subtasks
- Birthday entries
- Push notification tokens and preferences
- Shopping reminder schedules
What Data Is Retained
Shopping history entries (e.g. "Done Shopping" logs) that were shared with your family group may be retained for the group's reference, but will no longer be linked to your account.
